Do you have all the required mods? and are they up to date? If they are, try to remove all others mods from your folder and only have the map and the required mods and try again

Very great mod. But it still have some errors though. One that I havent seen mentiopned yet is that it conflicts with CoursePlay. CTRL + Keypad7 is to start and stop the loaded course, but with the Oxbo in the mods-folder that wont work unfortunatly.
