  I developed it under Windows 10 so there should be no general problem. I tested under Win Vista, Win 7 and Win 10.

Mod: Savegame
I dont see the point of this "mod" at all. All the vehicles (and money) can be easily added to a savegame yourself. This adds absolutely nothing.
