Why cant i get the riversand to work? Does it have to be a certain excavator? I have watched the video and it does not work for some reason.

I found the river and the spot your supposed to be able to extract the riversand but I can’t get it into my scoop using the long arm excavator. Is the rubber behind the Equipment Store? I thought I saw a video on where to get the tires.
