Mmh, i don´t know... But I have the feeling, you only write a comment oder leave a rating, if you dont´t like the mod and can rate the mod badly... Maybe it´s right, that he doesn´t have permission, but that´s no reason only to write if you don´t like the mod. I see it at my own stuff... you didn´t like it: bad rating.
But when I find a really good Mod, I can´t find a comment by you very often. And at mods, which are maybe not the best (often, because it´s a first mod), you are very often one of the first who rate it and leave a comment. Maybe you should think about it... It´s nothing against your person, but it isn´t really fair, if you only rate new modders in a negative way. It is really not easy, to get famous in the world of modding, when people like you only rate bad in a bad way. So PLEASE think about it.
