Mod: Realistische Physik
I think the reason why a lot of the criticised material didn't make it into the retail version is because it would have made the game a lot harder for beginners.
That said, I find the MOD very realistic. Without the mod I nearly never crashed and driving was too simple for me. With the mod I have had serious handling issues with fluid transports, which is good, because every load is different.
The braking is realy scary and you have to think before you steer around tight corners or when you leave the motorways.
I would recommend this mod to anybody who is in search of a bit more realism.

Negative Points so far:

1. Braking while reversing is no longer possible, because the key for braking/reverse is used to reverse even further. In full Automatic mode, this will result in backward crashes.
(You can reduce the risk by backing up slowly and slipping into neutral. But you will still keep on reversing until you hit an object).
2. Retarder is (IMHO) too weak. But this may be because I am driving a MAN and not another truck. Or do all trukcs brake the same when using the retarder?

A big round of applause to the MOD developer (Hummel?). I think you have done a fantastic job.

If you can correct the backward braking bug, then you have a 5 start MOD for ETS2.
