Version update auf 1.45 - RELINK

URAL 4320-10 (1977) - 1.45 [RELINK]

Autonomous truck URAL 4320.

Mod features:
1 cabin;
3 chassis;
1 engine and gearbox;
1 skin (template in the archive) + painted;
Everything is animated;
Works on ETS 2 version 1.45.x.

Changes:
Tweaked indicators
I fixed the windows and made handles, the windows will open both inside and out,
I corrected the light so that there would not be a bright glow from under the bumper, but a small defect remained
