This mode increases the cabin oscillations of the truck. At ETS2, the driver is stationary as if it is tied to the seat. The body of the driver’s head and not move at all. In real life, however, the driver is in oscillation depending on the truck movements and the condition of the road. This mode is designed to partially simulate the movement of the driver’s body and the driver’s head. You can use it with other physics modes you like. You do not have to change the trailer balance. Not suitable for driving with the keyboard. For those who use the mouse and steering wheel, it offers a pleasant game. Mod should be above other modes.
There are some improvements in this new version, so brake simulation has been developed accordingly.
Works in ETS2 1.31 and ETS2 1.32 versions.

Truck and Cabin physics V.1.8 Normal version

This mod increases the truck’s cab oscillations. In ETS2 the drive is fixed as if it is connected to the seat. The drive head does not move. It is designed to partially simulate the movements of the driver’s body and the driver’s head.

You can adjust the trailer balance as you wish. My mode does not change your existing trailer settings.

The feature that distinguishes this version from the SOFT version is the faster damping of cab oscillations.

SETTINGS (!!! Important)
Significant changes were made to truck physics in ETS2 1.35. Depending on this, you can make settings as follows.
In your settings you can mark the realistic camera movement and make the desired adjustment using the coefficient slider.
You can adjust the mode settings with the cab suspension adjustment slider.

This mode works in ETS2 1.35 EB.

Tested with 900 degree steering wheels, mouse and keyboard.

TT TRUCK AND DRIVER PHYSICS V1.3 HARD 1.32.X

This mod increases the truck’s cab oscillations. In ETS2 the drive is fixed as if it is connected to the seat.
The drive head does not move. It is designed to partially simulate the movements of the driver’s body and the driver’s head.
You can adjust the trailer balance as you wish. My mode does not change your existing trailer settings.
The feature that distinguishes this version from the SOFT version is the faster damping of cab oscillations.
In your settings, realistic camera movement must be marked and the coefficient adjustment slider must be set to 50%.
You can find the setting that best suits you by changing the ratio.

This mode works in ETS2 1.31 and ETS2 1.32.

All SCS trucks are compatible with Volvo trucks from Eugene and Pendragon.
(SCS will work well with all 3rd party trucks using truck chassis.)

With 900 degree steering wheels you get the best result. If you use a 180 degree steering wheel or mouse,
you will see the most appropriate settings in the video below.

Version 1.2

Truck and Cabin Physics v1.2 Soft 1.32.x

This mod increases the truck’s cab oscillations. In ETS2 the drive is fixed as if it is connected to the seat. The drive head does not move. It is designed to partially simulate the movements of the driver’s body and the driver’s head. In short, this mode focuses on the impact that truck physics has on the cab.

Unlike the first physics mode, the oscillation was softened and the response of the cabin to the curves was reduced.

You don’t need to change the trailer balance, but I can say that you can get better results at the lowest level. My mod does not change your existing trailer settings.

In your settings, realistic camera movement must be marked and the coefficient slider must be brought to the end.

TSM combination and Hungary map videos are used in this video.

The balance of the trailer on the map of TSM is 0 (Lowest), the balance of the trailer in Hungary is 1 (highest). These elections are meant to show that the difference is not significant.

Realistic camera movement is selected in the game and the coefficient is the highest.

When I play ETS2 for myself, I set the g_trailer_stability value to -2 or -3. You can set this from the console command line. However, if you play in these settings, you must be very careful when cornering.

The following video shows how the truck reacts to various road conditions and various trailer balance settings. In the video, the balance of the semi-trailer is at the lowest level from the 13th minute with the sections with the broken roads.
