Mod adds new accessories and tuning for Scania S & R 2016

Changelog:
1.0 Initial release. Remade the led DRL's on both stock sunshields and also added an amber/yellow version. Remade blinker and DRL leds on the "exclusive" headlights for painted and plasic version. All those leds now also have flares.
