ProMods 2.46 Addon: Überarbeitete Riga Metro Area

Minor map mod that connects the A10 road in Riga with "centre" via a bridge so to speak.
Also added 3 new interchanges on the A10 road and redone some of the A5 road and extended the A8 to the bridge.
This mod requires ProMods 2.46 and all the DLCs that come with it!
