More Swiss Towns for ProMods

Adds the towns of Domat/Ems & Susten into the game. Supports ProMods 2.70 / ETS2 1.50.

I simply did some definition work to add these towns to the game, I hope you enjoy this map!

I created this map as I felt it was unrealistic for the cities of Bern and Zurich to have companies way outside of their respective cities.
