Adds the following B-Train options as ownable trailers:

B-Triple (8 axle): Two 3-axle Bs and one 2-axle 45ft.
B-Triple (9 axle): Two 3-axle Bs and one 3-axle 53ft.*
B-Quad (11 axle): Three 3-axle Bs and one 2-axle 32ft.*
Flatbed/Tarp:

B-Triple (9 axle): Two 3-axle Bs and one 3-axle 45ft.
B-Triple (10 axle): Two 3-axle Bs and one 4-axle 53ft.*
B-Quad (11 axle): Three 3-axle Bs and one 2-axle 32ft.*
Dumper:
B-Triple (9 axle): Two 3-axle Bs and one 3-axle 36ft.
B-Quad (11 axle): Three 3-axle Bs and one 2-axle 30ft.
B-Quad (12 axle): Three 3-axle Bs and one 3-axle 36ft.*
*High chance of clipping issues when taking them out of the garage or when being towed to a service station, use caution. These trailers have exclamation points (!!!) on the end of their name to identify them.
All combinations are listed under B-Double chain type for their respective trailers. They use the stock trailer models so they're compatible with rim/tire/paintjob/etc DLCs. I've also unlocked side skirts for the box trailers.
Additionally, to make using these trailers worthwhile, I've changed every state to have a maximum vehicle weight of 100 tons. There's still per-axle weight limits though. Not sure if any of my trailers have enough axles to hit 100 tons, or if there's any cargo that heavy, but either way it allows you to carry very heavy loads. There's also no state length restrictions on these, you can use them anywhere (anywhere they will fit, that is). Maybe that's unrealistic, but then I'm pretty sure no states allow B-Quads anyways. Just pretend that you've got an oversize load permit for every job.
