Heavy Duty Trailer Tires v1.4.5 [1.43]

This is just a simple mod to add the Duty Tires from the Wheel Tuning Pack DLC to the trailers. This works on every ownable SCS trailer.
This mod is compatible with Convoy mode.

– Updated an incorrect part of the Requirements section of the description. It previously stated there were only two custom definiton files. That changed a long time ago, but it slipped my mind to update that.
– Updated the mod version in the manifest.sii file
