  Version update auf 1.39 (fix #4)

  Fix for MAN TGS v1.3 (fix #4) [1.39.x]

  Changes
  - Reduce turbocharger sound.
  - Dealership problem is fixed ( by your mod environment, two TGS trucks shows. But it's normal behavior) .

  Fix adapts mod MAN TGS by Madster for 1.39
  Put above the main mod

  - Added window animation
  - EVR sounds adapted to FMOD
  - Added support for cables
  - Models updated to format for 1.39
  - Some textures are adapted for DX11
