  Extended Traffic Light Timing v1.5.0

  This mod set longer timing signal to the traffic lights. The traffic light timing modifications are consist of:
  24 seconds green light signal interval. (26 seconds in certain countries)
  4 seconds yellow signal interval after the green light, before turned red.
  2 seconds yellow signal after the red light, before turned green. (none in certain countries)
  2 second interval between traffic light pattern switching. (countries with no yellow after the red signal)

  Note: the red signal interval may vary depend on the traffic light pattern complexity.

  Additional modifications are:
  Dimmer traffic light’s bulb lamp while light is OFF.
  Longer refuel time at gas station for AI vehicles (cars and trucks).
  Longer border document check time (applies differently for cars and trucks).
  Faster opening barrier (toll booth & border check)

  Version 1.5.0 (r1)
  – Add support for game version 1.50 release.

  This mod sets longer intervals for traffic signals.

  Peculiarities:

  Green light signal interval 24 seconds. (26 seconds in some countries)
  The yellow signal interval is 4 seconds before the red one.
  2 seconds yellow before green (not available in some countries)
  2-second interval between traffic light mode switching. (countries without yellow after red
  signal)
  The brightness of the traffic light lamp has been reduced when the street lighting is off.
  Longer refueling time at gas station for AI cars
  Longer time for checking documents at the border (different for cars and trucks).
  Changes:

  added version for patch 1.47 beta

  Installation: unpack the downloaded file, copy it to the mod folder and connect it in the mod manager.
