This mod gives longer timing signal to the traffic lights. It is also set 4 seconds yellow signal before turning red, and no yellow signal before the green lit. It also removing any unnecessary delays on stop-go switching. In total, mostly you get 30 seconds delay for green + yellow lights, while red light delay may vary depend on traffic light's complexity. In addition, there are additional seconds during refueling for AI vehicles at gas station.

Disclaimer
This mod should work in official game, with any map DLCs, but does not provides support for any map mod that comes with their own traffic light objects and mechanisms.
