[ATS] Navi Stimme Yandex "Alice" 1.35.x

Voice assistant Alice from Yandex for American Truck Simulator will tell you in time whether it is possible to pass the weight control station without stopping, or have to stop.
Also, Alice will warn about the withdrawal of funds from the game account at gas stations, toll roads, garages and when paying fines.
