[ATS] Michelin Addons v1.0 1.33.x

Made accessories Michelin for ATS. Tested on version 1.33!

TRACTOR:
– Added Michelin tires on the front and back!
– Added “Bibendum”, which is placed on the light bars!
– All tires are painted!

TRAILER:
– Added double tires on any trailer!
– Added “single” tires for 4 axle trailers!
– All tires are painted!
