Version update auf 1.37

[ATS] FREIGHTLINER CASCADIA 1.37.X

Updated to 1.37.x.
Buy it at FREIGHTLINER dealership into MODS DEALER.
Def files updated.
Front tires adjusted.
Windows are openable but not visible (only sound effect).
3D models revised & few corrections.
Ui shadow corrected.
Some exhaust added (optional smoke).
Some textures changed.
Skins back!
Few corrections in interior.
SiSL Megapack addon INCLUDED and updated.
